"I've used this office several times for notary service, though my State Farm accounts were with a different agent (further away). They've always been VERY helpful, to the point I am moving my accounts to this office. Highly recommend. UPDATE: recently I had an accident and kept being told different versions of why there was a delay in getting an estimate. I spoke with Claims which gave me multiple different "versions" of why the delay, then called my agent that explained they couldn't help as it was a claims issue. I don't understand the point of an agent if they can provide no help. My car was repaired and back to me before State Farm even provided the estimate! Additionally the office staff was rude, unhelpful, and one lady hung up on me. Granted, I was aggravated at the misinformation but never used foul language or spoke in an uncalm way as I realize that gets one nowhere. I would stay away from State Farm and this agent in particular. All of my business is now with Allstate and was moved before State Farm FINALLY paid the claim."

"Earlier this year I was transferred to the Melissa Snively agency because my previous agency retired. A couple months ago, I sat down with Siena Hersh to go over our policies to see if bundling would help save us some money. In the past, I've received quotes from multiple insurance agents, and it never seemed to make sense. Finally, after numerous years of receiving quotes by bundling, Siena was able to make it work and able to save us a significant amount of money. Over the past couple of months, I have reached out their office a few times and have always gotten a quick response. So far, I've been very pleased with the switch to the Melissa Snively agency."

"Very disappointed in this office. I have been trying to get assistance with a windshield claim issue for weeks now. Every time I speak with someone, I’m told they are looking into it and will get back to me. I’ve heard nothing. The customer service is terrible with this office."

I understand how frustrating and inconvenient this situation can be, and I want to assure you that we are committed to helping you resolve it as quickly as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the repair or replacement of your windshield, we can get you in touch with the glass company who can try to resolve any issues you are having. If the claim needs to be reopened for further damage, we can connect you with a State Farm Claims adjuster. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience, and we will reach out to you during office hours to help you resolve the issues with your windshield. "
