"09/04/2025 update - 7 years later, I'm still with State Farm. I've stuck with them and fended off the naysayers, citing great customer care and low premiums. I'm a low-maintenance customer. I rarely have to call or make adjustments to my policy, but when I called to inquire about why my premium had gone up well over 120 dollars a month, the lack of effort and personal touch I had received so long ago had vanished. I'm sad to now say that my recent experience with State Farm Melissa Snively's office has been terrible. Melissa's staff are extremely slow to respond, deflecting concerns to "we're short-staffed" or "Our underwriters take a long time". 2018 Previous review - I switched from Geico and saved 50% on my auto insurance! Truly! I believe that State Farm not only offers the best and most cost effective insurance but also has the most friendly knowledgable staff to backup their brand and product. I've met several agents from this location and they're all great people there. I recently called to renew my insurance with State Farm and spoke to Amy S. Amy was passionate about providing me with an outstanding experience. She reviewed all my policies with them and discovered additional savings that I was able to take advantage of. She even took time to call me on Saturday to confirm the change. Melissa & gang, keep up the great work!"
