"I was very pleased that Liliana was able to help me navigate new insurance policies with State Farm. I have been with another company for many years. I was leary of change. "Great service at Melissa Snively State Farm. I was confused about the transition from Citizens to Manatee homeowners insurance. I was immediately connected to Patty who answered all my questions and changed my personal information on the current policy. She did her own research for me and called me back to assure me that all was well and that my new packet of information and declaration page from the new insurer was in the mail. I received exceptional and personal service and wish to spread the news. I have 2 other policies with State Farm and receive the same good service and attention."
