"State Farm did a great job helping me through the process. From my own agent and her staff to the gentleman who called me with the appraisal of my totaled car, I felt well taken care of and was explained clearly all the information that I needed to know. The App is a little clunky, but all the agents I spoke with on the 855- number were respectful and patient. Some of my chat logs were lost, so I had to explain and summarize facts several times to different people when on the -855 number and the wait was long. Hold music is my only real complain. A repeating ear worm that made me half insane."
